1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and have legal capacity to purchase services. Where local law requires guardian consent, you must obtain it. One person may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, rewards or enforcement.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices and availability are confirmed by the server at checkout. A displayed price is not final if a clear technical or currency error exists. Orders may require payment verification, additional information or fraud review. Do not submit a payment twice.
Delivery time is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless a specific written guarantee is shown on the order.
3. Game accounts and boosting
You confirm that you are authorized to use any game account submitted. You must provide correct region, server and login information. Changing credentials, logging in during an active boost, sharing one-time codes with unauthorized people or violating the game publisher’s rules can interrupt delivery.
Game publishers may restrict account sharing, boosting, real-money trading or top-up methods. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable game rules before ordering. The Nexus does not claim affiliation with Riot Games or other publishers unless expressly stated.
4. Wallet, store credit and rewards
Store credit and loyalty points are not bank deposits, cannot be transferred outside supported features and have no cash value unless the site explicitly offers a payout. Fraudulent or reversed payments can cause related credit, rewards or commissions to be reversed.
5. Tournaments
Participants must follow tournament rules, check-in windows, roster restrictions and evidence requirements. Administrators may resolve disputes, reschedule matches, disqualify participants or correct brackets to preserve competitive integrity. Submitted evidence must be genuine and relevant.
6. Creators, affiliates and resellers
Partners must not misrepresent prices, create fake conversions, bid on protected brand terms without approval, send spam or use self-referrals. Commissions remain pending until the related order is paid and outside the reversal window.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, scraping, automated abuse or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Chargeback abuse, forged payment proof, coupon abuse or reward farming.
- Malware, harmful uploads, harassment or fraudulent marketplace listings.
- Using another person’s identity, payment account or game account without authorization.
8. Suspension, changes and responsibility
The Nexus may pause or refuse a transaction where security, legal, payment or game-rule concerns exist. Services may change as games, payment providers and laws change. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order to the extent allowed by law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
